Nested Structure System

Reconstructivism seeks to build a nested community management system, where local orgs and individuals can operate totally autonomously on their end while while still being able to interface with the broader community network.

The aim is to create a feedback loop where needs are quickly communicated to the organizations that can meet them and solutions come back just as quickly, all without the imposition of authority or fundamental codependency.

The network is highly interdependent when full optimized and operating at full capacity, but each individual person and organization has relative autonomy.
