Sometimes, it’s just time to go. Could be any number of reasons, but sometimes you gotta go quick.
That mean’s you need to have a plan, and that plan is likely going to include have a bag ready to go, a safe place for you to go, or a meet up spot with family/community.
It may cause anxiety to acknowledge the need to be prepared, but it also gives you peace when you do actually prepare.
